Q. Do you offer credit terms?
A. Yes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will be happy to agree terms.
Q. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A. Yes. We generally only work on projects involving at least one 20ft container. (One container equates to around 1 million bags.) However, we are also able to deliver trial orders in much smaller quantities, and returning customers can use our website to place smaller repeat orders.
Q. Can you supply recycled and degradable bags?
A. Yes. We can call upon specialist suppliers across the world to provide whatever characteristics you need in your charity bags.
Q. Can you provide a fulfilment only service?
A. We normally source and print charity bags which we then fold and place into sealable envelopes. However, if you only require the fulfilment element of our service, we will be happy to discuss it with you and provide a quotation.
Q. Where do you supply?
A. We supply bags throughout the world. Delivery costs vary but these will be shown at the time of your order.
Q. How quickly can you deliver?
A. Delivery times depend on the extent of the work required. Design work can be handled remotely using digital files and we can generally give you design options for approval within 48 hours. Material delivery times vary according to the country of origin but we always use modern and reliable freight systems that enable you to keep track of your container’s progress. If you are facing a particularly tight schedule, please contact us so we can offer suggestions for the best ways of ensuring your deadline can be met.
Q. Do you only supply charities and agents?
A. We specialise in supplying charity bags for third sector clients but we can also supply carrier bags and similar products for major retailers such as supermarkets.
